Nokia’s shares  are down about 80 percent since February 2011 when it officially announced Microsoft Windows phone operating system in its Lumia series smartphones .

Nokia got 400-million-euro prepayment from a licensing deal by using its strength in patents and is not spending reserved cash so fast as expected by analysts .

Windows Phone 8 might improve Nokia’s sales for just about 5 – 10 percent. Because Nokia’s Lumia series smart phones are not cheaper  as Samsung provides Smart phones powered by Android for less price than Nokia’s Lumia series smart phones as Nokia has been forced to reduce its price of its new Lumia series smart phones in some parts of the world .
